About automation for small businesses in Kent
What kind of automation makes sense for a small business?
The best place to start is usually the repetitive jobs: replying to new enquiries, chasing quotes, and typing the same details into several places. If you do something more than a few times a week and it follows the same steps each time, it can probably be automated.
Do I need to be technical?
No. I handle the setup and explain in plain English what it does. Day to day, you might only check a weekly summary or approve a message before it goes out.
Is it worth it for a business with only a few people?
Often more so, because every hour counts. I would rather start with one small system that gives you back a few hours a week than plan something big that takes months.
Will it make my business feel impersonal?
It shouldn't. The aim is to remove repetitive tasks, not the personal side of how you work. Anything that needs a human stays with a human, and automated replies can be set up for you to check before they are sent.
How much does it cost?
It depends on what you want automated, so I don't publish a fixed price. After an initial conversation I'll suggest where to start and what it would involve, so you can decide with the full picture.
