About marketing automation in Kent
What is marketing automation?
It means letting software and AI handle the repetitive parts of your marketing — sending follow-ups, sorting leads, pulling together reports — so they happen on time, every time, without someone doing them by hand.
Do I need to change the tools I already use?
Usually not. I connect what you already have — your CRM, email platform, website forms, and analytics — rather than replacing it. If a tool is genuinely holding you back, I'll tell you, but that's the exception.
Will automated messages sound robotic?
They don't have to. You set the tone and the rules, and anything sensitive can be drafted for a person to review before it goes out. The aim is a faster, more consistent reply, not a worse one.
Is this the same as SEO?
No, but they work together. SEO helps people find you. Marketing automation looks after what happens next — capturing the lead, replying quickly, and following up. I also help with AI search visibility, which is covered on the main Kent page.
How long does it take to set up?
Most projects go live within two to four weeks. One conversation is usually enough to find the best place to start, and a first working system can often be ready within a week.
Can you help a business that is not in Kent?
